Construction Creation of a sports and entertainment complex on a plot free of buildings (greenfield) and located near the track. As part of the project, it is planned to build a golf course and design taking into account the various local landscapes, including the use and creation of artificial lakes, forests, hills and the creation of other landscaping. Diversification of the entertainment industry and popularization of golf as a sport will attract new tourists to the Odesa region. Such a complex will allow for professional competitions, sports and recreation and cultural and entertainment events.

Advantages of the project
The implementation of the project will give impetus to the development of sports and tourism and the creation of unique opportunities to provide modern and European service to visitors. Creating such conditions will provide the region with ample opportunities for operators and representatives of the tourism business to expand the types of services and provide appropriate services to increase both economic efficiency and attractiveness of the region as a whole. The result of the project will be a large flow of wealthy tourists from Ukraine and abroad. Will create conditions for the development of golf culture. It will provide opportunities for large-scale regional and world tournaments in the pearl of Ukraine.
Socio-economic effect of the project
Creation of more than 200 new jobs, attraction of investments, including foreign investments, creation of new and improvement of existing services, business opportunities, popularization and development of tourist routes. Project will develop sports in the Odesa region and Ukraine.
