Construction The project provides: construction of a modern, residential complex in the format of a cottage village. The residential complex is designed for 25 cottage-type houses according to a single design solution.

Planned to build:
Each cottage is equipped with an autonomous heating system, energy saving measures have been taken. Each cottage will have its own plot of land and a garage for residents' cars.
Water supply to the houses will be provided by its own artesian well with a depth of 106 m. Domestic and storm sewers are provided by the biological treatment plant of the entire cottage town. The houses will be connected to the general Electrical supply network and each cottage will have three phases with a total capacity of 12 kW.
Only environmentally friendly and reliable materials will be used for the construction of the complex.
