Construction The project envisages the construction of a modern, residential complex in SMART format. The residential complex is designed for 200 apartments with a fenced area, video surveillance, underground parking, courtyard.

Planned to build:
On the territory of the residential complex there will be a children's playgrounds and sports grounds, a playground for dogs, as well as a barbecue area for public use. On the first (basement) floor there will be a beauty salon and a grocery store.
The water supply to the house will come from its own 106-metre-deep borehole. Domestic and storm sewers are provided by the biological treatment plant. The house will be connected to the general electricity supply network and three phases with a total capacity of 8 kW will be provided for each apartment.
Only environmentally friendly and reliable materials will be used for the construction of the complex.
