Precast concrete is one of the most effective materials that contribute to the industrialization of construction production. Huge scale and high pace of construction became possible due to the widespread use of precast concrete products and structures. The creation of a large enterprise with advanced technology, mechanization and automation of production allows the company to produce the same type of products in the format of the conveyor line, reduce the weight of products through the use of lightweight concrete, high-strength concrete, thin structures, bulk elements to full factory readiness. During the construction of the enterprise it is planned to use the conveyor method, the improved flow-aggregate method of forming reinforced concrete products. In the conveyor method, the technological process is divided into elementary processes that are performed simultaneously on separate workstations.

The principle of the general plan is the division of its territory into zones - pre-factory, production, auxiliary, warehouse. The pre-factory zone is at the disposal of the main highways. It houses an administrative building, parking. The main building, the concrete mixing department, the block of auxiliary shops are placed in the production zone. Boiler houses, pumping stations, transformer substations, compressor structures of water supply and sewerage are located in the auxiliary zone. Warehouses for finished products, fittings, cement, inert, etc. are placed in the warehouse area.
